Small changes Can have a big impact. This is where Wavelet Fitness starts
Like most people, I never was a fan of exercise. It was boring. For most of my life, I was a competitive dancer, and that was enough. All of that changed with COVID lockdowns. I could no longer dance at my studio. The lack of scheduled, structured movement (exercise) was impacting me, not just physically but mentally. My Mother, who has a bachelor’s degree in health science, helped me decide to give exercising at home a try. I started small, scheduling myself 10–15-minute workouts. That is when I noticed myself actually looking forward to exercising! I immersed myself and got creative. I learned that it wasn’t exercising that was boring, it is what you are doing for exercise that is boring!!
That realization and the desire to help other women led me to start Wavelet Fitness. Those small changes, 10-15 minutes of scheduled workouts, led to something big for me and I can’t wait to help you start your own Wavelets!!
